The Mindfulness on Demand Certification Course includes the following 5 modules:

Getting to Know Yourself Mindfully

Module-2-Getting-to-Know-YourselfMindfully examine your current relationship to yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How can you practice radical self-acceptance? In this module, you will cultivate more self-love and compassion. Notice ways in which judgment or internal scripts might be holding you back from being your best self. Learn to stay present during painful times rather than running away or turning to compulsive behavior.

Looking at Your Habits & Routines

Module-3-Habits-and-RoutinesWhat are your current habits and routines? How are your new mindfulness practices going? In this module, we’ll look at daily routines like meditation, exercise, nutrition, sleep and media consumption and explore where you’re feeling strong, where you’re feeling stuck and where you’re ready to make some changes.

A Mindful Approach to Work & Money

Module-4-Work-and-MoneyWhat are your current habits and routines? How are your new mindfulness practices going? In this module, we’ll look at daily routines like meditation, exercise, nutrition, sleep and media consumption and explore where you’re feeling strong, where you’re feeling stuck and where you’re ready to make some changes.

Mindful Relationships & Dating

Module-5-Relationships-and-DatingRelationships can be one of the most triggering areas for many of us. This is where a lot of emotional reactivity can come out. Mindfulness allows us to pause before reacting to our internal dialogue and to choose how we want to respond. In this module, we will work together to cultivate this skill. We will also look at expectations, comparing (and despairing), developing more presence and resolving conflicts.

Balancing and Recalibrating as You Go

Module-6-Balancing-and-RecalibratingRelationships can be one of the most triggering areas for many of us. This is where a lot of emotional reactivity can come out. Mindfulness allows us to pause before reacting to our internal dialogue and to choose how we want to respond. In this module, we will work together to cultivate this skill. We will also look at expectations, comparing (and despairing), developing more presence and resolving conflicts.

The Certification Course is $97/month for 5 months.
